Varna City Park South+ is a modern residential complex— a natural continuation of the already built Varna City Park South. The project is located right next to Vladislav Varnenchik Boulevard, in an area with developed infrastructure and numerous commercial establishments. It is located on the site of a former industrial property with an area of nearly 20,000 sq. m, transformed into a residential development with three 12-storey buildings and a total of 417 apartments.

The project follows the idea of sustainable urban development through the regeneration of unused industrial sites. The focus is on the efficient use of urban resources without affecting new areas. The complex is inspired by the need to combine comfort, environmental awareness, and high quality of life through the use of geothermal energy, spacious inter-building areas, and sustainable architectural and urban planning solutions.

Varna City Park South+ is a continuation of the architectural style of the first phase – with characteristic white horizontal stripes, clean volumes and compact composition. The homes are designed with dimensions tailored to the needs of the target client – one, two and three-bedroom apartments are available, and the interior spaces of all are well-lit, spacious, and functional. The housing units on the ground floor have their own yards, while the apartments on the upper floors offer panoramic views of Varna Bay. The complex includes a children's playground, green areas, and a year-round heated mineral pool. The facades are clad with high-quality fiber cement panels.

The complex is an innovative and sustainable model for residential construction. It is among the first in the country to use geothermal energy for air conditioning, as well as domestic and drinking water needs, through a modern purification plant. This reduces the carbon footprint of the building and eliminates the need for bottled water. The project improves the urban environment by transforming abandoned land, creating a vibrant, harmonious, and eco-friendly living environment that meets the needs of modern city dwellers.
