Residential building Trespa is located in the Eastern part of Varna. The sloped site, which coincides with the sea view to the south, and its prolonged shape are the main parameters in the planning solution. The residential building includes 4 double-, 2 triple-, 2 four-bedroom flats, and the last two floors are planned as a maisonette. All apartments have a nice view towards the sea and are facing the East, South and West. The shape of the building is strictly orthogonal, cleaned up of decorative elements. The building is wrapped in Trespa composite panels, which strengthens the volumetric unity, ensures an easy maintenance in the future and longevity. The predominant white color of the HPL panels helps the building glow and stand out, and the Trespa panels with wooden dйcor contribute to its warmth and coziness. An important accent is the wooden dйcor wall on the first floor, which reinforces the overhang of the main volume over the underground floor and creates a feeling of lightness and airiness.
