KB57 is a mixed-use building located on Knyaz Boris I Blvd. - in the heart of the city of Varna and just nearby the iconic Sevastopol Square.
The architectural language of KB57 is contemporary due to the specific context, but also harmonious in order to enrich the existing silhouette of the boulevard.
Strict and orthogonal, the shape is formed by a play of translating volumes into a pixel-like structure, which intensifies in height towards Knyaz Boris I Blvd. and calms down in the facades of the neighboring properties. The fine line of the building is highlighted by the selected materials - large glass windows with anodized natural aluminum profiles and stone-textured cladding.
Generated as a voxel structure, the building is developed on three underground and seven above-ground floors with both public and residential areas.
