The program of the Infinity Park residential building is for a project positioned in the market’s high segment ​​giving its residents with everything they need for a modern urban home. The location of the building, close to Zaimov Park, provides an opportunity for an active social life. The infrastructure of the area provides convenient connection with all parts of the city, transportation, green spaces, shops, restaurants, entertainment and sports. In order to ensure peace and comfort of living in the building, no other functions are planned except those accompanying the residential – parking and maintenance.
Infinity Park is located in a property locked between the peaceful Zaimov Park and the dynamic Blvd. General Danail Nikolaev. The specificity of the property and the proximity to the park are the basis of the architectural concept of the building - to realize a modern residential building with clean geometric shapes, where the design of each of the facades is a function of the environment to which it is directed. In this way, the building has no back, but two faces.
The living spaces are located on the southern facade and are glazed over their entire width where the "infinity" effect of the view of the park and the mountains is achieved. At the same time, the northern façade, which faces the boulevard, is maximally solid and clear of plastic, in order to ensure maximum sound comfort. The ascetic line of the northern facade is delicately enriched with pixel-like large-scale aluminum composite panels measuring up to 7 meters in several shades of aluminum grey.
The building is technologically and infrastructurally equipped with smart modern solutions. The building's energy efficiency has been achieved through Schüco AWS/ADS 70.HI facade system with double glazing of high-quality Guardian SunGuard SN 70/37 glass. The entire facade envelope is installed with great precision by TAL Engineering. The high-tech suspended ventilated facade of Larcore panels clads the entire building and partners with the second main material in the façade, the glass. Infinity Park harmonizes with the nearby existing building, where they work together in a common range of façade morphology and materials. The choice of aluminum and glass allows achieving a contemporary design with purity of form, extreme precision of execution with maximum durability over time.
