Central Plaza is one of the first modern trade centers in Varna. The edifice is located in the immediate proximity to the most attractive residential quarter called Chaika just 100 meters from the Marine Garden. The functional design of the building includes one underground car park, four commercial storeys and three storeys occupied by administrative offices. Each functional level is ensured with separate entrances and vertical communications. All necessary accessible facilities for disabled people are provided. The major commercial floors are mainly solid without apertures. The ground floor facing Nikola Vaptsarov Street is richly glazed. An interesting accent on this facade emphasizes the main entrance of the trade centre. There is an arcade made of three arches, which reaches the last level of the trade centre. Wall piers made of limestone form the arches, which later turn into columns on the ground floor. The space enclosed by the arches is glazed with semi-structural curtain walls facade.
