Pfohe Mall is the first contemporary trade centre in the city of Varna. It combines various public facilities and shops together with restaurants and places of entertainment. The building lies between the town centre and three residential districts. There is a deep-water catchment in the centre of the building plot. For that reason, the trade centre is divided into two blocks united by a gallery. There are two basement levels designed as parking lots, three above ground storeys for commercial purposes. The fourth storey includes fast food restaurants and places of entertainment. The wood panelling, which harmonises with the green areas of the property, enhances the welcoming ambience of the building.
