University Hospital "St. Marina"- Varna

The outdated and technically ineffective building situated in the center of the campus needs a redesign and energy efficiency improvement.
The idea of the project is to provide an external "packaging" of the existing volume with a ventilated curtain wall of fiber-cement boards type "Swisspearl".
The Hippocratic Oath is inscribed on the main facade by laser cutting in Bulgarian and Latin at six following columns.Integrated LED lighting creates a spectacular atmosphere. The new minimalist design sets the building in focus and creates a guideline for future architectural development of the hospital complex.
